I purchased my sofa from this store, it felt so expensive and then they recommended adding a treatment to the fabric to prevent it from staining. I went ahead and did it because it was a light color. I have to say I am so happy they recommended it! This morning I spilled a half a cup of coffee on the cushion and with a towel we just wiped it up. Not only is there no stain left behind but after we wiped it up, you could not even feel where it had been wet. You get what you pay for. I recommend this company.

Today was our 3rd major purchase in a year. We have had the pleasure of working with Dale at the Redmond location each time. He is very knowledgeable about their products and friendly. The first two pieces have exceeded our expectations and we are confident the 3rd will as well when it arrives tomorrow. In addition to Dale, the entire staff has been great. Front counter, warehouse, delivery, and service technicians have all been very friendly and great to interact with.

I spontaneously popped into the store the day after moving to Redmond to get inspired. Dale met me at the door and was very helpful and friendly welcoming me to Redmond. I asked a lot of questions because there was a lot I liked and Dale provided me with brochures and no pressure. I will absolutely be back once I decide what I need.
